The staff here are super nice, the views overlooking the beach are stunning, and everything is just really great. 🌊 Over at the Irish bar, they serve up some delicious food and drinks that are presented really well!

The rooms we had were decent sized and with ample space and a TV of sorts plus modern bathroom.

The stay here was enjoyable for my 4th visit.

thanks everyone for an amazing stay for my 4th visit. the staff were attentive, the breakfast was good hot. had a panoramic and tidy room. location: the hotel was just next door to the picturesque beach in the bay. meals were outstanding, and there was olivers restaurant near the venue. i found everything nice, would recomand it to friends.

We had a room with a sea view.

The hotel needs a major refurbishment and this is reflected in the attitude of some of the staff. The location is on a crossroads and is very noisy with drunken clubbers until around 4am and then the traffic starts about 5am. We had to have the patio doors open and the noise level was high even though we were on the fifth floor. The air conditioning wasn't working (no Aircon until the 1st of June even though the day temperatures had been above 35deg C and the previous day 40deg C).

The place is conveniently situated near the beach and Municipal Park, offering clean, bright rooms and a satisfying breakfast selection.

The room was very economical considering that breakfast was included. It was a good size and clean. The shower worked well.

I would classify it more as a 2 star hotel (I guess the swimming pool bumps it up to 3 stars). The receptionist was not very friendly, nor was the woman guarding the door at the restaurant. Getting information about hotel facilities was like pulling teeth. I'd recommend that the hotel put information folders in each room with things like the restaurant hours/hotel facilities etc. I thought it was chintzy to have a sauna but then charge 10 euros/half hour to use it. The indoor pool was very small and quite chilly. I didn't like the way the restaurant was run at all. It felt like a high school cafeteria.

Parking problems, though, like everywhere else in Spain.

The location was great, near to all entertainment, in an excellent area. the staff were all amazingly nice and affable, which was unquestionably a plus. - I appreciated the room and its old-fashioned decor.

The great Irish restaurant across the road. Fantastic customer services and brilliant for a young family. Very friendly.

A bit dated.

The staff were very friendly and the food was a lot better than expected for a three star hotel.

The only problem we had was that my paperwork showed my friends room having twin beds and an extra bed for her 5yr old child. On arrival at the hotel they said this was not included. After going back in the morning to see The Manager and again explain the whole situation, they accepted the price that I booked it for on Booked.net.

Great stay here, and it was my 4th time visiting. the location was awesome since it was close to all the cool spots around town and nearby places like Tarragona, Port Aventura & Cambrils. 🌟

The location was the best, it was very close to the beachside and center of Salou. Good price relation. No complains on our part
